Pricing is expressed in CAD Dollars. All fees and charges comprising the Total Cost are stated exclusive of shipping and handling
costs. Givex will invoice Merchant for the shipping and handling costs separately when incurred. In the event that the taxes stated
in this order form conflict with those set out in the invoice, the taxes in the invoice shall apply and prevail
